Join us for an excursion into the forest & learn to identify native plant medicine species of the Hudson Valley. Brad will lead a guided walk into the forest, identifying & discussing the properties of native medicinal plants & trees encountered along the trail. Specific uses, contraindications and recipes will be discussed.

This hike will meet by the Art Gazebo in front of Garrison Art Hall at the far side of the lake.
