MAYfest 2016

The beloved elephant headed deity is perhaps the best known God of India. He is the bearer of auspicious beginnings and the remover of obstacles. In this fun workshop you'll hear many of the famous stories about him, including how he got his head, how he came to acquire his vehicle Mushika, the mouse, and how he fought with the moon. We'll fuse the stories with vinyasa yoga, mudras (hand gestures) and mantras in order to access our own power to move through the difficult moments of our lives with grace. Ganesha's story is one of self-love and deep wisdom! All levels vinyasa.
