MAYfest 2016

Yoga for little ones and their families is quite different from the grown-up version! Families learn stretches and breathing techniques together in a fun and creative environment. Techniques will focus on teaching families to better understanding of their bodies and how they work while enjoying the fun and bonding that comes with family activities. This class encourages parents to support each other in the challenges of parenthood and bask in the joy of pure new baby Love and Family Love. This class is a great class to take with any family member. It focuses on play and the importance of positive energy exchange. All classes begin with good energy gathering end by thanking the body from toes to head.
