In this groovy get down, we will shake our bones Jivamukti Yoga style with an invigorating vinyasa-based practice to the choicest selections of live music from the Grateful Dead, played live by none other then Ryan Montbleau himself!

Yoga philosophy states that the world we see and experience is a product of our own mind and projections. Yoga practice gives us the technology to purify our perception to establish clear, enlightened vision. In community, celebration and spiritual practice, we come together to expand our consciousness and collectively dance into manifestation a world of infinite possibility.
