Dharma Art is a class that will activate your subconscious mind and liberate your soul through igniting the creative side of your brain. Dharma Art uses different resources for inspiration such as sounds, scents and imagery in order to unlock the doors of the subconscious mind. Learning how to relax the mind, express yourself and reflecting on the imagery created is all part of the fun! This is a wonderful meditation technique that can be used anytime, anywhere!
