Erica Blue is a Yoga Teacher, Dancer Theater Maker and seeker. She is an inspirational and transformative teacher in the healing arts movement. For her Art and yoga are an undeniable soul calling. Self-expression, vitality, awakening and ecstasy are the goals of humanity
These goals fuel her life-long exploration of movement modalities, wisdom traditions and personal inner work. Erica studied Dance/ Theater and Psychology at Sarah Lawrence College and studied Iyengar Yoga in Europe, Nepal and Asia. She has taught yoga and choreography techniques both nationally and internationally.
Her body of work and style of facilitation honors the mysteries of life and the unfolding of the individual. Her passion for teaching and leading arises from her own experience with movement, art and song as the path to healing, health and wholeness.
As well as producing her own workshops, performances, circles and retreats, she leads events for many groups and organizations.
Erica Blue centers her work in the company of many brilliant dancers, beautiful movers and theater makers. She lives in Berkeley with her 2 young sons, Silas and Cassius and her beloved husband, Gregory.
