​Jed " Big Jed" Varricchio grew up in Cold Spring in a sports-minded family spending most of his days on a court or in a field. Jed translated his passion and affinity for team sports into a career in teaching and coaching ​from 2003 -2012 ​he​​ ​coached basketball at Somers Middle School and Somers High School​ and​for  the last 4 years ​he has​ coach​ed​ 3 out of ​his​ 4 boys in CYO basketball.  ​Jed has ​coached at all levels from 4,5,and 6 year olds all the way up to helping College athletes work on their games. ​Look for Jed and his boys on the fields at MAYfest, they are ready to play!​​​
