Veterans Yoga Project is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting recovery and resilience among veterans, their families, and our communities. We do this in three primary ways:
Led by VA psychologist and VYP founder Dr. Daniel J. Libby, we teach yoga teachers how to safely and effectively hold space and teach the tools of yoga to individuals recovering from trauma;
We conduct healing retreats for veterans and their families;
We create mind-body skills training programs in veteran treatment programs, student veteran organizations, and other community-based veterans service organizations.
